Standard Ground
This shipping option provides delivery to your location within 4-7 business days after the order ships.
Expedited
This shipping option provides delivery to your location within 2-3 business days after the order ships.
Express
This shipping option provides delivery to your location within 1-2 business days after the order ships.
Hawaii, Alaska and USA Territories - Delivery to these location might take 2-3 days longer.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, Goverment and Religious US Holidays are not considered business days.

Sales Tax
Maverick James is a Michigan based company, therefore under current federal law, we are only required to collect sales tax on orders "sold" or "shipped" within the state of Michigan. The applicable sales tax rate for orders sold or shipping to addresses in the state of Michigan is 6%.
Any order that has a sold or shipping address outside the state of Michigan is not subject to sales tax.
Currency
All international orders are billed in US Dollars.
Customs, Tariff and Duty Taxes and Fees
The recipient of any package shipped to any international destination is the importer of record, and that individual is responsible for all duties, taxes (including VAT, Canadian Provincial Sales Tax, Goods & Services Sales Tax, or other applicable taxes), customs tariffs and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. By placing an order with Maverick James for shipment to an international destination, the customer agrees and understands that Maverick James is not responsible for any issues involving the importation process and that it is the recipients responsibility to work with the customs broker, acting as his/her agent in clearing all packages, processing duties, taxes and fees, and working with customs officials.
Maverick James does not collect any foreign duties, tariffs and taxes. These will be the responsibility of and collected from the recipient at time of delivery. Further, Maverick James will not untruthfully declare on required customer's form. For example, will not list goods different to lessen import duties and taxes. We will not list goods as sample or gift in order to assist the recipient in avoiding paying applicable duties, taxes and fees.

International Locations We Do Not Ship To
Unfortunately, there are some countries we do not ship to because of either import restrictions on leather apparel or because of higher than normal fraud rates. The following is a list of countries we do not accept orders from or ship to:
Angola, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, C.A.R., Chad, Congo, Cote D'voire, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guyana, Haiti, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, Rwanda, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Solmalia, Sudan, Suriname, Togo, Uganda, Zimbabwe.
Additionally, we do record IP addresses on all order that are placed. Any order originating out of these countries will be flagged and cancelled if needed.
