Returns and Exchanges

We want and believe you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can request an Return Authorization (RMA) and return your order with-in 14 days from the date of receipt for a full merchandise credit (shipping charges excluded) provided that the following conditions are met:

1. You have requested and received a return authorization number (RMA)
2. The item(s) has/have not been worn other than to check for proper fit
3. The item's original tags are still in place as shipped
4. The item(s) returned in the original packaging along with the original sales receipt

Your return will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee under the following conditions:

1. If it is returned beyond the initial 14 day return period but prior to 30 days from receipt
2. The original tags have been removed
3. The return is made without an approved RMA
4. The return is not returned in the original packing with the original sales receipt.

We do not accept returns beyond 30 days or when an item shows signs of wear beyond checking for proper fit.

Date of receipt will be the delivery date recorded by the delivering carrier's parcel tracking system.

In order to get items to you as quickly as possible, we suggest that if you want to exchange an item that you place a new order for the item desired and then do a return on the item you would like to exchange. When we receive your return item, we will process a credit refund in the proper amount against the credit card used originally to make the purchase. We are unable to honor previous sales or promotional prices on exchange items ordered.

All our apparel is made of the highest quality standards and we believe that we you receive the item(s), you will agree, however if you should experience a defect in workmanship with-in the first 90 days after receipt of your order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge.

While leather is a very durable material, it can rip or tear. Rips, tears or damage due to wearing a garment that is to tight does not constitute a defect in workmanship.
