Multiple Shipping Address Book
Truly time saving, you can store multiple shipping address under your account. There is no need to have different accounts for different shipping address. You can order something for your niece and have it sent directly to her or you can have your order sent to your winter home. Just create an additional shipping address and save it. When you checkout you will be able to select which address you would like the order delivered.
Order History
If you have placed an order with us, you can determine its status, retrieve the order number or date and view your past order history.
Forgotten Password
Did you forget your password? First make sure that you are entering your correct e-mail address and using the exact password you registered. Please note that passwords in our system as case sensitive, so FuzzyDog is not the same a fuzzydog. If you still having trouble, you can use our automated system to have your password e-mailed to you.
Wish Lists
Not ready to place an order right now? You can save the item(s) in a wish list and then retrieve them later to complete your shopping.
Gift Registery
Want to save items so that others can purchase them for you? Registered users can save items to a list that others can purchase from. Items purchased off of a gift registry are sent directly to the person who created the registery.
